Dr Parth Gajjar completed his Undergraduation (M.B.B.S.) in 2010 after which he fought the AIPGME in 2013 after finishing his internship from BJMC (Civil Hospital), Ahmedabad and later got admission in M.S. General Surgery in VMKVMCH, Tamil Nadu.

After Clearing his Master of Surgery (MS) exam, he served in GCS Medical College, Ahmedabad in the capacity of a Senior Resident and later Assistant Professor, followed by a Stint at Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences, Udaipur, in the capacity as an Associate Professor.

During this period, his love for Innovations and embracing Technology into the field, made him bring Circumcision by the means of Stapler Technology, to the Surgeons of Gujarat. He demonstrated the procedure Live at the Annual Conference of Gujarat Surgeons in Ahmedabad in 2019, where about 500 Surgeons from across Gujarat were present. followed by that, Dr Parth Gajjar was invited throughout the length and breadth of the State by Senior Surgeons and even Urosurgeons so that they could encorporate the Painless method for Circumcision Surgery. The field of Circumcision Surgeries was revolutionalised after the demonstrations, as performing Stapler Circumcision means a Painless Surgery, with no blood loss, and no requirement for Follow Up dressings, apart from the ease of performing the surgery, a Stapler Circumcision also gives a very cosmetic result and is doable from an age as young as 2 years old. Infact, not only has a performed Stapler Circumcision on many of his immediate relatives, he was confident enough to know that his hands are the best hands to perform Circumcision surgery for his own son, which was performed at 2.5 years of age, due to extra Prepusal skin which would have later lead to lots of problems for the young kid.

After working in the field as a General Surgeon, Dr Parth Gajjar started focused on specialty branches and initiated a Fellowship course in Minimally Invasive (Laparoscopic) Gastrointestinal Surgery (FIAGES) from Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. He was then only focused on Gastrointestinal Surgeries 2020 onwards.

Later Dr Parth Gajjar realised that he was giving excellent results in Proctology Surgeries and had a knack of giving great and consistant results in the field of Proctology. It was the same time around which Laser Technology came to India. He was amongst the pioneers across India and obviously Ahmedabad and Gujarat, after he got trained and became the 1st Surgeon in Ahmedabad to be Certified at the Royal College of Surgeons Of England’s accredited center, IMMAST, for Laser and Minimally Invasive Colo-Proctology Surgeries. He started making a name for himself treating patients not only from Ahmedabad, but across India and even Indians residing in other countries like U.S.A., U.K., Australia, Zambia, Mozambique, Malaysia and many more, which was possible only due to the Painless results that he could deliver in Peri-Anal Surgeries. Negligible Blood Loss, No Cutting of Tissues, Early Discharge enables his Patients to rejoin work as early as the 3rd Day after Surgery.

Not only in Ahmedabad, Dr Parth Gajjar conducted Surat’s First Hands-On training workshop at the government run medical college SMIMER, where over 350 Surgeons watched a live demonstration of Laser and Minimally Invasive (Endoscopic) treatments for diseases like Hemorrhoids (Piles), Fistula in Ano, Fissure in Ano, Pilonidal Sinus, Anal Cancer and Rectal Prolapse. Dr Parth Gajjar performed 18 Surgeries that day with the assistance of the Surgical Team at SMIMER and 25 Students were certified for Minimally Invasive and Laser Proctology. Procedures like LIFT, VAAFT, Chivate’s Procedure, EPSiT, Laser Hemorrhoidopexy, Stapler Hemorrhoidectomy, Anal Biopsy, Trans-Anal Rectopexy, Colonoscopy etc were demonstrated.

Over time, he was awarded the Fellowship of the International Society of Colo-Proctologists (FISCP) and continued to serve patients who put their faith in him.

As time progressed, the Advent of Robotic Surgeries came in and in 2024, he underwent training for Robotics in Gastrointestinal Surgeries and was awarded the Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeries through Robotic Technology (FALS Robotics)

With the advent of Robots, the difficult and highly morbid field of Colo-Rectal Surgeries, started giving much better surgical access to a difficult to access region, and with Robotic Expertise, Dr Parth Gajjar upgraded from Ano Rectal surgeries to Large Intestinal diseases, after undergoing a Fellowship course in ColoRectal Surgeries at AIIMS Bhopal.

He continues to serve his patients by bringing them the best technology, best results and has treated over 9000 patients in his career so far.

He incorporated the Ahmedabad Laser Piles and Laparoscopy Centre at Sunflower Multispecialty Hospital, Naranpura in 2020 and In 2025 he setup The Gut Clinic.

He Thrives to give the Best results for diseases like Laser Piles Surgery, Laser Fistula Surgery, Laser Fissure Surgery, Laser and Endoscopic Pilonidal Sinus Surgery, Robotic and Laparsocopic Hernia Surgery, Robotic and Laparsocopic Gall Bladder Surgery, Robotic and Laser Appendix Surgery, Robotic Surgery for Anal Cancers, Robotic Surgery for Rectal Cancers, Robotic Surgery for Colon Cancers and the list goes on and on.

Dr Parth Gajjar is a polyglot with fluency in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, Russian languages.

On the personal front he Enjoys Vacationing, is an avid off-road driver, loves geopolitics, and a die hard Indian.
